Free printables + Excel tracker
Savings challenges you can print
Six charts, from $1,000 in 90 days to $10,000 in a year. Color a cell each time you save, and watch the goal fill up. Every chart is free, and so is the spreadsheet that adds it up for you.
Both are free. Tell us where to send them and they are in your inbox in a minute. The tracker adds up what you have saved and shows your finish date.

The tracker does the adding up
Paper is great for seeing progress; a spreadsheet is great for knowing exactly where you stand. The free tracker has every challenge as its own tab. Type x under an amount when you save it, and it shows what you have saved, what is left, whether you are on pace, and your finish date. A seventh tab lets you set any goal and up to 100 cells, and the amounts always add up to it exactly.
Questions
What is a savings challenge?
A chart of amounts that add up to a goal. Each time you put money aside, you color in the cell with that amount. It turns saving into something you can see, and the mix of small and large cells means a tight week never breaks the chain.
Which savings challenge should I do?
Start with one you will finish. The 52-week challenge and the 90-day challenge are the easiest starts; the $5,000 and $10,000 challenges need about $100 and $200 a week. If you are paid every two weeks, the biweekly plan lines up with your paychecks.
Are the printables free?
Yes. Every chart is a free PDF, and so is the Excel and Google Sheets tracker. Tell us where to send them, and they are in your inbox in a minute.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. Choose Google Sheets when you get the tracker, and the email that delivers it has a button that makes your own copy in your Google Drive. The totals, green cells and pace all work there.
