Terms of Use

The simple rules for using LogicExcel.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of logicexcel.com(the "Site"), operated by Novel Affiliates ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we provide

LogicExcel offers free, interactive educational material for learning Excel and SQL, including lessons, practice exercises, shortcuts, and assessment preparation. The content is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not professional, financial, legal, or certification advice, and completing exercises here does not itself grant any official certification.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and reasonably. You will not:

  • disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or attempt to break the Site or its infrastructure;
  • submit unlawful, offensive, misleading, or infringing content through requests, leaderboard entries, or the contact form;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or admin areas that are not yours;
  • use automated systems to abuse the exercises, leaderboard, or any submission form.

3. Accounts

You can use most of the Site without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Site or these terms.

4. Your submissions

When you submit content (for example an exercise request, a leaderboard name, or a message), you keep ownership of it but grant us permission to store, display, and use it to operate and improve the Site. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share. We may edit or remove submissions that are inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's lessons, text, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the material for your own personal learning. You may not republish, resell, or systematically copy the content without our permission. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; LogicExcel is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

6. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep lessons accurate, we do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always verify important results in your own tools before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site, which for free content is zero.

8. Third-party links and ads

The Site may link to third-party sites and may show advertising. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Advertising and cookies are described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site develops. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
