How to ask
Email admin@logicexcel.com from the address you bought with and say you would like a refund. The 14 days count from the day you bought.
What happens next
The refund goes back to the way you paid. It is made by the online reseller that took your payment, whose name is on your receipt, and how long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Your access to the course ends when the refund is made.
Gifts
If you bought the course as a gift, the same 14 days apply, counted from the day you bought. The refund goes to you, the buyer, and the person you gave it to loses access when it is made.
The free course
The free five-day course costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
