Retrieve a value from another table with XLOOKUP, handle the not-found case deliberately, and read VLOOKUP when you meet it in someone else's file.
The sales sheet has product names. The price list has prices, reorder levels and categories. Copying between them by hand is how errors get in. One formula does it for all 314 rows.
